Job summary

Patterson-UTI Management Services, LLC is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead global human resources initiatives, including international expansion, HR due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and workforce planning across multiple regions. You will partner with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to implement people strategies that drive growth and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in Employee Relations or a Senior HR Business Partner role.
• 5+ years supporting international employee populations.
• 3+ years leading and overseeing complex, end-to-end workplace investigations.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team of HR professionals.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR advisor for global operations and international expansion.
• Partner with unions and labor relations stakeholders as needed.
• Develop and execute international talent strategies and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to align people strategies with business priorities.
• Lead mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations with HR due diligence.
• Provide HR leadership for market entry, mobility, and compliance.
• Develop globally aligned HR policies and programs with legal teams.
• Drive HRBP initiatives across dispersed teams including change management and leadership development.
• Offer consultation on complex domestic and international HR matters.
• Lead workplace investigations with proper documentation and timely resolution.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture across global operations.
• Make employment decisions in line with policies and local regulations.
