Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE is seeking a Regional Human Resources Business Partner to support 60-70 stores across West Coast markets. This field-based role will advise Operations leadership, build partnerships with District and Market Managers, and shape people strategies tied to business goals.

The role requires 5+ years in HRBP, travel across markets, and strong knowledge of employment laws. Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a clear career path are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience.
• Experience supporting multi-unit operations across multiple states.
• Experience supporting retail, hospitality, restaurant, or consumer-facing industries.
• Must reside in Los Angeles County, San Francisco County, Orange County, or San Diego Counties.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to operational leadership.
• Partner with District Managers, Market Managers, and Regional leaders on people strategies.
• Translate priorities into people strategies that improve business performance.
• Lead talent reviews and succession planning discussions across the region.
• Coach leaders on performance management and team effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Drive adoption of new people programs and organizational change initiatives.
