POP MART is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner - Retail Operations to support our West Coast field teams. You will partner with district and store leaders on employee relations, performance, development and engagement across a multi-unit retail footprint. The role requires 8–10 years in HR/retail management, with 5+ years as an HRBP, plus strong knowledge of federal/state regulations.

Travel up to 50%. Base salary: $115,000–$130,000 per year with benefits.
