POP MART is seeking an experienced Retail HR Business Partner to support our West Coast retail footprint and select U.S. markets.

You will be the primary HR partner to field leadership, delivering hands-on support in employee relations, performance management, talent development, compliance, compensation, engagement and organizational effectiveness. Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources.
• 8–10 years HR/retail management experience with at least 5 years as an HRBP in retail.
• Knowledge of federal and multi-state employment regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main contact of the retail population with focus on West Coast and select U.S. markets.
• Oversee internal retail procedures: promotions, transfers, reporting lines, and store tier changes.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to district/store management.
• Coach policy and procedures to promote positive employee relations and ethical practices.
• Partner with hiring managers to fill critical roles and retain top talent.
• Stay up-to-date on labor laws and ensure compliance at Federal and State levels.
• Advise field leadership on organizational health, engagement, development and retention.
• Implement HR programs aligned with store goals and provide feedback on business needs.
• Analyze store climate via employee surveys and drive actionable improvements.
