Job summary

POP MART is seeking an experienced Retail HR Business Partner to support our expanding West Coast retail footprint. You will partner with field leadership to drive employee relations, performance management, compensation, and development across multi-store operations.

The role requires 8–10 years in HR/retail, including 5+ years as an HRBP in retail, with strong knowledge of federal and multi-state regulations and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and work experience that will enable the candidate to be successful in the role.
• 8–10 years of experience in HR/retail management, with at least 5 years in a similar HRBP role within the retail industry.
• Must have proficient knowledge of Federal and multi-state employment regulations, knowledge of multiple state regulations a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communication skills to interact with customers, management, and staff
• High learning agility and be able to deliver in a fast pace and rapid growth business environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the main HR contact for the retail population, focusing on West Coast/Canada and assist in all HR functions.
• Oversee and align internal retail operation procedures affecting promotions, transfers, reporting lines, and store tier changes.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to district and store management.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify and fill critical roles while retaining top talent.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State labor laws and provide day-to-day coaching on policies.
