Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE is seeking a Regional Human Resources Business Partner to support 60-70 stores across the West Coast markets. This field-based role acts as the primary People partner to Operations leadership, partnering with District and Market Managers to implement people strategies that drive performance and growth.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of HRBP experience, strong employee relations skills, and the ability to travel across markets while maintaining a 75% store presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience.
• Experience supporting multi-unit operations across multiple states.
• Experience supporting retail, hospitality, restaurant or consumer-facing industries.
• Experience supporting District Manager, Regional Director or Market Leader populations.
• Ability to maintain 75% presence in stores as a field-based position, with travel across markets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to operational leadership.
• Partner with District Managers, Market Managers, and Regional leaders.
• Translate operational priorities into people strategies that improve performance.
• Utilize workforce data, turnover trends, engagement metrics and talent insights to influence decisions.
• Lead talent reviews and succession planning discussions across the region.
• Coach leaders on performance management and accountability.
