Job summary

POP MART is seeking an experienced Retail HR Business Partner to support its growing West Coast retail organization and select U.S. markets.

You will partner with field leadership to manage employee relations, performance, development, compliance, compensation, engagement, and retention. The role requires 8–10 years in HR/retail management, with strong knowledge of federal and multi-state regulations, and the ability to build strong relationships with district and store managers in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and work experience that enables success in the role.
• 8–10 years of experience in HR/retail management, with at least 5 years in a similar HRBP role.
• Strong knowledge of Federal and multi-state employment regulations; familiarity with multiple state regs is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers, management, and staff.
• Exceptional time management, multi-tasking, and project management abilities.
• High learning agility and ability to perform in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and planning skills; ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Be the main HR partner to field leadership across West Coast markets.
• Provide hands-on support for employee relations, performance management, talent development, compliance, compensation, engagement and retention.
• Coach district and store managers through people challenges and build scalable HR processes.
• Stay up-to-date on labor laws and ensure compliance with Federal and State legislation.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to field leadership, assessing organizational health and development needs.
• Implement company-wide HR programs aligned with store goals and provide feedback to HRBP leadership.
