Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with regional workforce needs, partnering with leaders to implement programs and support a consistent employee experience across Elliot.

This role focuses on employee relations, talent development, and workforce planning within the region. You will advise regional leaders, coach on performance and engagement, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to drive recruiting, onboarding, and development

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive HR experience supporting leaders and employees.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and employment laws.
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leaders on employee relations, performance, talent, and HR initiatives.
• Coach leaders on performance management, engagement, development, retention, and workplace concerns.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and hiring processes regionally.
• Develop and implement region-specific HR programs and processes.
• Provide regional feedback on implementation challenges and opportunities to the HR team.
