Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to align Elliot-wide HR strategies with regional workforce needs.

You will partner with leaders and employee-owners to implement programs, support a consistent employee experience, and strengthen Elliot as an employer of choice. In this role you will advise on employee relations, talent development, workforce planning, and HR initiatives while acting as the connection between regional operations and the broader HR team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience supporting leaders and employees in a business-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and employment laws.
• Ability to coach leaders, manage difficult conversations, and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to travel regularly within the region.

Aufgaben

• Serve as trusted partner to regional leaders on employee relations and HR programs.
• Coach leaders on performance, engagement, development, and retention.
• Address employee concerns, investigations, and compliance matters.
• Partner with HR to implement company-wide programs regionally.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and talent development in the region.
• Monitor workforce metrics and report regional trends to HR.
• Travel within the assigned region as needed.
