Job summary

Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with regional needs and act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employee-owners.

You will support employee relations, talent development, workforce planning, and HR initiatives across the region, ensuring consistent practices and a positive owner experience. The role requires collaboration with Talent Acquisition, regional leaders, and corporate HR, with travel up to 50% to support field operations and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, organizational development, or related field.
• Five+ years of progressive HR or People Services experience supporting leaders and employees.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, talent development, policies, and employment laws.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships, coach leaders, handle difficult conversations, conduct investigations, and maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel within the region and to other Elliot locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner to regional leaders and employee-owners on HR matters.
• Coach leaders on performance, engagement, development, retention, and workplace concerns.
• Address employee relations issues, investigations, terminations, and related matters with HR involvement as needed.
• Build relationships across the region and connect leaders with HR resources.
• Partner with HR to implement company-wide programs and regional adaptations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
