Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Five or more years in progressive HR or People Services roles supporting leaders and employees.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, development, policies, and laws.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships, coach leaders, conduct investigations, and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, collaborate across teams, and translate programs regionally.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally and to other Elliot locations.
• Experience as HRBP/People Partner or similar in multi-location workforce (preferred).
• Experience partnering with corporate HR on enterprise-wide initiatives (preferred).
• Experience supporting multi-state operations (preferred).
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner to regional leaders and employee-owners on HR matters.
• Coach leaders on performance, engagement, development, retention, and workplace concerns.
• Address employee concerns, investigations, terminations, and related matters with HR involvement when needed.
• Build relationships across the region and connect leaders with HR resources.
• Develop, communicate, and implement company-wide programs within the region.
• Execute HR programs regionally while considering local business needs.
• Provide regional feedback and recommend improvements to HR processes and tools.
• Identify development needs and connect employees with learning resources.
• Support leadership development, succession planning, and internal mobility.
• Assist employee-owners with career growth opportunities.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and hiring processes with Talent Acquisition.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the employee-owner experience from recruitment to offboarding.
• Gather feedback and communicate regional trends to HR.
• Collaborate with Communications, Branding, and Wellness teams on employee programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Monitor workforce metrics and development needs.
• Suggest practical improvements to HR processes and tools.
• Stay informed on employment law developments for the region.
• Support special projects as needed.
