Job summary

Micro Center seeks a Regional Human Resources Manager to partner with store leaders across the Midwest and Western United States. This on-site role travels to 7–9 stores, providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation while fostering an engaging associate experience.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in HR, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with emphasis on employee relations, leadership coaching, and performance management.
• Experience supporting multiple locations in a multi-unit environment (retail, hospitality, restaurant, distribution, etc.).
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR business partner for multiple retail store locations.
• Build relationships with store leaders and associates through site visits and on-site support.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Monitor engagement and culture, identifying opportunities to improve retention and morale.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify high-potential talent and support succession planning.
• Analyze workforce metrics to inform people decisions.
• Support recruiting and retention efforts to attract top talent.
• Facilitate training programs and leadership development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Act as trusted advisor during organizational initiatives.
• This role will travel up to 40% across 7–9 assigned store locations.
