Job summary

Consigli Construction seeks a Regional Human Resources Manager to support teams across multiple locations in Boston, MA (onsite). This full-time, salary/exempt role partners closely with regional leaders to strengthen employee engagement and ensure consistent HR operations.

You will monitor HR metrics, maintain employee records in compliance with policies and laws, and collaborate with the central HR team on training and process improvements. The role reports to the Director of HR Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in human resources.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR partner to regional leadership and office managers.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations for policy consistency.
• Lead employee engagement efforts and recognition programs.
• Coordinate onboarding across locations for a consistent experience.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with central HR to support investigations and employee relations.
• Develop regional leadership training programs and growth initiatives.
• Monitor HR metrics and report insights to leadership.
• Maintain documentation and records per internal procedures and laws.
• Partner with HR team to streamline processes and HR initiatives.
