Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR related work experience.
• Master's degree in HR, I/O Psychology or related field preferred.
• Certification in HR (SHRM/PHR/SPHR or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to store directors and managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Respond to associate inquiries via HR case management system and Ethics Point.
• Support labor relations, investigations, and incident responses.
• Collaborate with shared services to execute HR processes across geography.
• Assist with talent management, wage/compensation reviews, and trainings.
