Qualifications

• Degree in business administration preferred but not required with sufficient applicable experience.
• 3+ years Construction or HR administration preferred.
• Knowledge of all administrative functions of a construction company.

Responsabilités

• Process New Hire, Rehire, Transfer and Termination paperwork; assist HR with regional office needs.
• Manage payroll-related tasks and timekeeping for regional projects; support in payroll compliance.
• Maintain and review certified payroll and compliance reports; coordinate with OFCCP and subcontractors.
• Assist onboarding and training for new hires and support project managers with HR tasks as needed.
