Responsibilities

• Process New Hire/Rehire/Transfer/Termination paperwork.
• Assist in managing the HR department for megaprojects.
• Oversee regional HR hiring, firing and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain vacation and sick leave records; track leave for state compliance.
• Review HR documents prior to submission.
• Provide onboarding and training to new hires.
• Support estimating on bid close and contract compliance as needed.
