Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
• Serve as primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
• Communicate with all levels of employees while adhering to privacy regulations.
• Generate HR reports and analyze metrics in HRIS.
• Develop HR training materials and newsletters.
• Assist with benefit programs and enrollments.
• Support department goals and special projects.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
