Qualifications

• Experience in construction HR preferred.
• Ability to manage payroll and compliance across regions.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Process New Hire/Transfer/Termination paperwork and HR submissions.
• Assist with payroll processing and regional project payroll needs.
• Maintain and monitor compliance with state and project requirements (Certified Payroll, etc.).
• Coordinate with union data and fringe costs; support OFCCP compliance as needed.
• Assist training and onboarding for new hires across regions.
