Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to partner with store operations, drive people strategies, and strengthen organizational performance. You will collaborate with regional leaders, develop talent, ensure compliance, and foster a high-performing culture.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of HR experience in multi-unit retail, strong knowledge of employment laws, and proven ability to influence at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience supporting a multi-unit retail organization.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, performance mgmt, talent development, and org effectiveness.
• Understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Ability to influence leaders and build partnerships across levels.
• Experience analyzing workforce data and translating insights into actions.
• Strong communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Advise field leadership on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and engagement.
• Collaborate with Store Operations to ensure HR programs, policies, and best practices.
• Represent HR on cross-functional initiatives, process improvements, and projects.
• Lead succession planning and development opportunities across regions.
• Coach leaders through performance management and development planning.
• Support Talent Management, including reviews, succession planning, and assessments.
• Develop strategies to improve Team Member engagement, retention, and stability.
