Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to serve as an HR business partner to leaders across assigned offices. The role provides guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational effectiveness, change management, and retention.

The Manager coaches senior leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness and aligns with the firm’s talent strategies, reporting to the Senior HRBP and collaborating across the Talent function.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including HR business partner and employee relations.
• Experience partnering with business and senior leaders to provide HR guidance.
• Strong employee relations and performance management experience, incl. investigations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand organizational needs and priorities and provide proactive HR guidance.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, development, and engagement.
• Support organizational change strategies, communication, and adoption.
• Analyze HR data and workforce trends to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of HR practices and employment law developments.
