Job summary

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Switzerland AG seeks a Regional HR Manager to lead HR across multiple U.S. manufacturing sites, based in Denver/Boulder, CO.

You will partner with site leaders to attract, develop, and retain talent, driving accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. The role includes managing direct labor hiring, benefits, HRIS data, and regulatory compliance across states, with ~30% travel and one HR Manager reporting to you.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in progressive HR roles
• Ability to travel ~30%
• Knowledge of HR principles and best practices
• Knowledge of federal/state laws and regulations
• Polished interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to exercise sound judgment

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key Management Team member, contributing to goals and continuous improvement.
• Lead end-to-end direct labor hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning with Operations leaders.
• Deliver annual enrollment options; manage benefits inquiries (health, dental, life, etc.).
• Develop and administer site policies with the US HR team.
• Maintain accurate employee data across HRIS/ERP/payroll; ensure data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA, HIPAA, ADA, FMLA, OSHA, UI, WC, EEO.
• Advise leaders on employee relations; coordinate investigations and guidance.
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives and action plans.
• Coordinate/develop training plans; manage annual reviews and performance processes.
• Maintain org charts, job descriptions and titles; implement changes as needed.
• Handle other tasks and projects as necessary.

Education

4-year degree in a Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field

Minimum 7 years’ experience in progressive HR roles

Ability to travel ~30%
