Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years work experience in Human Resources.
• Masters in an HR related field preferred; SPHR certification a plus.
• Confidentiality and strong communication skills required.
• Ability to lead personnel and manage multiple priorities with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with goals.
• Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and policy adherence.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and GDPR compliance.
• Provide performance management guidance to managers and coaching.
• Lead recruitment, contracts, and payroll accuracy to final ledger.
• Support benefits, training, and annual review processes; manage data reporting.
• Coordinate training plans and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
