This in-office role leads recruitment efforts, employee relations, compensation coaching, and program development to meet regional and national objectives while offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years of HR leadership experience or equivalent.
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills with HRIS reporting capability.
• Ability to develop people strategies aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to support strategic direction and growth for all units.
• Lead recruitment processes and partner with Talent Acquisition to drive staffing and retention.
• Advise managers on policies, performance, and employee relations issues.
• Develop HR programs and talent initiatives aligned with regional and national objectives.
• Collaborate to ensure HR practices meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
