Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a Regional HR Manager for Rapid & Rural Logistics to lead a diverse HR team across multiple sites. You will drive operational excellence, develop leadership, and align PXT initiatives with business priorities while leveraging data to inform decisions.

Qualifications

Experience implementing data‑driven workforce solutions and HR metrics.
Experience supporting or leading employee‑focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
