M-D Building Products, Inc. is seeking an HR Specialist to provide regional support to the HR team, coordinating initiatives and ensuring consistent delivery of HR programs across the region.

The role blends recruiting, HRIS/ATS administration, onboarding, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations, partnering with Corporate HR Shared Services and regional leaders to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of progressive HR experience including full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms.
• Experience in a matrixed organization or shared services model.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; certification a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for corporate and hourly roles.
• Support regional HR initiatives across recruiting and employee relations.
• Maintain HRIS/ATS data accuracy and reporting.
• Partner with HR Manager and Shared Services for onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Represent the company at career events and promote employer brand.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and improve efficiency.
