Job summary

Our client, a growing manufacturing organization in the Baltimore area, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support all aspects of HR with a primary focus on recruitment and employee relations.

This is a hands-on role that partners closely with leadership and employees to attract top talent, promote a positive workplace culture, and ensure HR best practices are followed across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including recruitment and employee relations.
• Experience supporting manufacturing/industrial environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and resolving employee relations issues.
• Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions across manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions.
• Serve as trusted advisor to managers and employees on workplace concerns and policies.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend resolutions.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and HR reporting/compliance.
