Job summary

3-Dimensional-Services-Group is seeking a Talent Manager/HR Recruiter to build and lead a robust recruiting and onboarding function across seven plant locations in Michigan. When not hiring, the role expands to training, benefits, employee relations, and other HR activities.

You will source candidates, conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, onboard new hires in Paycom, and maintain ATS dashboards. Strong communication and manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or high-volume hiring.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing and onboarding know-how.
• Proficient with ATS systems, reporting tools, and job boards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible environment with shifting hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in recruiting and onboarding across seven plant locations.
• Draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria with departments.
• Source candidates, review resumes, and conduct phone-screen interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and pre-employment screening with candidates and leaders.
• Onboard new hires in Paycom and complete I-9, E-Verify, etc.
• Maintain ATS dashboards for open roles, time-to-fill, and agency performance.
• Assist with training, benefits, employee relations, and other HR tasks.
