Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Regional HR Generalist to support Aggregates, Ready Mix, and Sand Stabilized operations across multiple sites in the North America region. You will partner with employees, plant leadership, and management to deliver talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and HR operations.

Responsibilities include administering leaves and benefits, resolving inquiries, and ensuring HR processes align with policy while traveling regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience in multi-site environments.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations preferred.
• Ability to travel regionally to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition across multiple sites, including internships and management trainee programs.
• Deliver new-hire orientation and coordinate regional onboarding and training.
• Administer HR programs and transactions (leaves, benefits, forms, payroll adjustments).
• Provide responsive HR support to employees and plant leadership on timekeeping, pay, and benefits questions.
• Maintain consistent HR operations through site reviews and administrative approvals.
