Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Regional HR Generalist to support Aggregates, Ready Mix, and Sand Stabilized operations across multiple sites in the North America region. You will partner with employees, plant leadership, and management to deliver talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and HR operations.
Responsibilities include administering leaves and benefits, resolving inquiries, and ensuring HR processes align with policy while traveling regionally as needed.
Line of Business: Service & Support Pay Range: $84,900.00 – $113,193.33

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. We are seeking a collaborative and customer-focused Regional HR Generalist to support our Aggregates, Ready Mix Concrete, and Sand Stabilized operations. This role partners closely with employees, plant leadership, and regional management to deliver talent acquisition, employee relations, training, and HR operational support across multiple locations.
Broad HR experience supporting employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, leave administration, and HR operations in a multi-site environment. Strong partnership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively support employees, supervisors, and operational leadership. Proficiency with HRIS and workforce management systems, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while traveling throughout the region.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout office, plant, and operational environments, including traversing uneven terrain and climbing stairs as needed. Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 25 pounds and perform routine physical activities required during site visits. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and work safely in varying weather conditions and environments with exposure to dust, noise, and other conditions common to aggregates, ready mix concrete, and sand stabilized operations.
$85,000-$100,000 base salary and participation in our annual incentive plan.
