Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America in Nazareth, PA is seeking an HR partner to provide strategic and day-to-day support in employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and talent development at the Nazareth Cement Plant.

Lead recruiting, onboarding, and retention across multiple operations, coach managers on labor relations and policy interpretation, and partner with leaders on succession planning and targeted learning initiatives to strengthen organizational capability while

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor relations, talent acquisition, and employment law.
• Experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS (Workday preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day HR support in employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and talent development.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives across multiple operations.
• Coach managers on employee and labor relations, policy interpretation, investigations, and performance improvement.
• Support succession planning, career development, and learning initiatives to strengthen organizational capability.
• Promote safety culture while ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
