Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee safety and performance across multiple aggregates sites in the U.S. You will drive production, quality, and customer service targets while coaching teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s in Mining/Engineering or related field and 7+ years of multi-site leadership, strong MSHA knowledge, and budget management with cost-per-ton improvements. Travel is typically 50–75%.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of operations leadership in aggregates/mining or related heavy industrial operations.
• Strong MSHA knowledge and ability to lead safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing budgets and cost drivers; improve productivity and cost per ton.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with change management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safe, efficient operations across multiple aggregates sites, ensuring safety and operating standards.
• Deliver production, quality, and customer service targets through planning, routines, and coaching.
• Ensure MSHA, DOT, and environmental compliance; partner with EHS on inspections and corrective action.
• Drive equipment reliability and maintenance execution, including outage coordination and PM compliance.
• Own cost per ton performance through budget reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
