Heidelberg Materials North America seeks a Senior HR Generalist/HRBP to partner with Nazareth Plant leadership and multi-site operations in Camden, NJ and Wilmington, DE. You will advise on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning while supporting recruiting and development across a fast-paced industrial environment.

The role requires strong HRIS and policy knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate union and non-union contexts.

Qualifications

• Senior HR Generalist/HRBP with manufacturing/industrial operations experience.
• Partner to operations leaders to drive talent, engagement, and workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, policies, and labor relations within multi-site settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day HR support for Nazareth Cement Plant and slag operations in Camden, NJ and Wilmington, DE.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, retention, and talent development initiatives across multiple sites.
• Coach managers on employee and labor relations matters, performance improvement, and policy interpretation.
• Drive succession planning, career development, and learning initiatives to strengthen organizational capability.
• Support safety culture and ensure compliance with laws, policies, and applicable agreements.
