Actus Nutrition is seeking a Regional HR Generalist to support multiple manufacturing sites across Wisconsin and Illinois. You will lead employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and HR projects to ensure a compliant and positive work environment.

The role requires 2–5 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with common software applications. Travel about 25% is expected to support sites in New Holstein, Boscobel, and Paris locations.

Formación

• 2-5 years of human resources experience.
• Extremely detail oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of computer software applications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage benefits, policies and procedures for all locations to support positive employee relations.
• Act as first point of contact for employee relations issues for Supervisors and Leaders; investigate complaints and advise on policy compliance.
• Manage recruitment process for key positions: posting, interviewing, reference checks, onboarding.
• Oversee activities handled by local HR resources and provide necessary training and coaching.
• Facilitate meetings with employees and managers including training and open enrollment.
• Reduce organizational risk through risk analysis and action recommendations.
• Identify training needs and deliver training to managers and employees.
• Implement and manage HR projects supporting corporate initiatives.
• Provide team support and back-up coverage as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory initiatives; handle unemployment claims and related hearings.
