Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Microsoft Office experience is required.
• Experience with in-house programs such as PCTime, CMiC, Apextender.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules.
• Confidentiality is essential.
• Able to sit and use a computer for long periods, often while on the phone.
• Ability to transport up to 20 pounds.
• Travel to all jobsites regularly (at least twice a year), including HR meetings in Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Prepare new hire paperwork for submission to corporate; verify documentation and E-Verify.
• Train project admins on payroll, paperwork, insurance applications, and CDL driver requirements.
• Coordinate weekly payroll submissions and relay hour details to corporate payroll.
• Train CDL drivers on paperwork by traveling to jobsites and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate annual admin training class; help prepare agenda and logistics.
• Maintain regional vehicle registrations and update regional equipment module.
• Assist regional employees with payroll and insurance questions; direct to garnishment/401(k) teams.
• Assist regional recruiter with annual recruiting fairs; prepare supplies and attend.
• Assist regional staff with travel arrangements in Concur; locate hotels in business areas.
