The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western seeks a Regional HR Generalist to support corporate HR for the Little Falls, NJ region. The role includes onboarding, payroll coordination, and training of project administrators, CDL drivers, and admins across multiple sites.

You will coordinate weekly payroll submissions, assist with travel planning, and manage regional vehicle records while providing responsive HR support to regional employees and recruiting events.

Formación

• High School diploma required.
• Microsoft Office experience required.
• Experience with in-house programs such as PCTime, CMiC, Apextender.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Able to sit and use a computer for long periods.
• Must be able to transport up to 20 pounds.
• Willingness to travel to all jobsites (at least twice a year) and to Chicago for HR meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare new hire paperwork for submission to corporate and ensure verification in E-Verify.
• Train project administrators on employee paperwork, payroll, insurance, and CDL requirements.
• Coordinate weekly payroll submissions and ensure timely hours reporting to corporate payroll.
• Travel to jobsites to train CDL drivers on paperwork requirements and ensure compliance.
• Assist with annual admin training class and coordinate logistics.
• Collect mileage and maintain regional vehicles records; keep regional registrations current.
• Assist regional employees with payroll/insurance questions and direct to correct department as needed.
• Support regional recruiting fairs and prepare materials for events.
• Assist regional staff with travel arrangements in Concur and identify suitable hotels for business trips.
