TireHub is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to execute HR strategy across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. The role is home-based within TireHub’s Southeast and Mid-Atlantic Regions (FL, NC, SC, VA, MD), and candidates must live in Florida. Up to 50% travel is required.

You will partner with leaders, guide employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and data management, and drive organizational effectiveness. A bachelor’s degree and 6+ years HRBP experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years as HR Business Partner, including 3–5 years in specialized HR areas.
• Experience with HR metrics and predictive analytics.
• Experience with sensitive employee relations matters and labor legislation.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Lead regional HR change management initiatives and communications.
