Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Lead HR Business Partner to support Bridgestone Retail Operations across the Northeast. This role partners with store leaders to deliver proactive HR support, with flexibility to work remotely and travel regionally.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of HR experience, strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws, and multi-unit retail experience. A bachelor's degree is required; HR certifications are a plus. Up to 50% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience in multi-unit environments.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Experience in retail environments preferred.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM certification recommended.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leadership to deliver proactive HR support.
• Guide employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with COEs on talent development, compensation, benefits and DEI.
• Analyze HR data and trends to drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
