Job summary

Internet Brands is seeking an HRBP/Employee Relations partner in Minnesota, in-office 5 days a week from 9am-6pm, reporting to the Director of Human Resources. You will serve as a dedicated partner to Operations, Facilities, IT and Finance, delivering high-touch people services across the employee lifecycle.

You will lead onboarding and offboarding, coordinate workspace readiness, support accommodations and compliance, and drive performance initiatives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years HR generalist experience, 6+ years overall HR experience, ideally supporting a call-center or high-volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proven ability to partner with leaders and employees.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with commitment to continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• HR Shared Services: first point of contact for employees; submit transactions; improve onboarding/offboarding processes; reconcile headcount, turnover, attendance reports.
• Employee Relations & Accommodations: resolve employment matters; handle complaints/investigations; manage accommodations (ADA/FMLA) and performance initiatives.
• Office Coordination & Communications: collaborate with IT for seating and assets; support organization-wide projects and events; assist with additional tasks as needed.
