Job summary

Patterson-UTI Management Services, LLC is seeking a Director of Recruiting & Sourcing to lead enterprise-wide recruiting, sourcing, and talent acquisition initiatives across corporate, technical, and field operations. You will build a scalable team, optimize processes, and drive data-driven decisions to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience.

The role partners with senior HR leadership to align workforce strategy with business goals, oversees vendor relationships, and champions

Qualifications

Experience designing recruiting and sourcing strategies in complex, matrixed organizations (industrial, energy, tech or manufacturing).
Expertise in full lifecycle recruiting and high-volume hiring.
Knowledge of recruiting analytics and data-driven decision making.
Experience optimizing Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) ATS.
Ability to lead organizational change and influence at senior leadership levels.
Strong MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead the enterprise recruiting and sourcing strategy aligned with business needs.
Build and scale a high-performing team for high-volume contractor and niche hiring.
Define sourcing and selection methodologies leveraging technology and employer branding.
Oversee vendor relationships and staffing agency partnerships.
Drive KPIs and continuous improvement across recruiting programs.
