Job summary

Patterson-UTI Central Support Services, LLC is seeking a Director of Recruiting & Sourcing to lead enterprise-wide recruiting across Patterson-UTI and affiliates, developing strategies aligned with business priorities and growth while strengthening talent attraction.

This role leads a team responsible for full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing across corporate, technical, and field operations, including university partnerships and contingent hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 10+ years HR experience including HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition full-cycle recruiting.
• 5+ years supervisory experience with large teams (greater than 10 employees).
• Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) applicant tracking system.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local hiring laws and compliance best practices.
• Ability to lead multiple strategic projects and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the enterprise recruiting and sourcing strategy, aligned with business needs.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team for high-volume and niche hiring.
• Define and implement sourcing and selection methodologies leveraging technology and employer branding.
• Own and sponsor recruiting initiatives including campus, military outreach and skilled trades hiring.
• Establish and track KPIs, ensuring process alignment and strong candidate experience.
• Partner with senior leaders to anticipate hiring needs and optimize vendor relationships.
• Drive projects on technology adoption (ATS) and process redesign, including M&A integration.
