Job summary

Evergreen Real Estate Group seeks a Regional Supervisor in Chicago to lead a portfolio of 8–10 affordable housing properties. You will coach site teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure financial discipline and regulatory compliance across LIHTC, Section 8, and related programs.

Responsibilities include overseeing rent collection, budgets, and AP/subsidy processes while collaborating with accounting and asset management to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, real estate, or related field.
• 5+ years of affordable property management experience.
• Illinois Leasing Agent or Broker License within 120 days preferred.
• Experience managing multi-site portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop site teams across 8–10 properties.
• Oversee rent collection, budgeting, and expense control.
• Ensure LIHTC, Section 8, Fair Housing and related compliance.
• Coordinate inspections, audits, and capital projects.
• Communicate with owners, investors, and partners on performance.
• Drive resident satisfaction and retention strategies.
