Job summary

Ascend Hotel Group is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee operations and performance across multiple hotel properties. You will lead General Managers, ensure financial targets, guest service standards, and brand requirements are met.

The role requires strong hospitality leadership, multi-property management experience, and regular travel to support and improve hotel operations across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years hotel management experience preferred.
• Experience with multiple brands (Hilton, Marriott, Choice) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial performance across multiple hotels.
• Provide leadership and accountability to General Managers and property teams.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, brand standards, and service quality across properties.
• Travel regularly between properties to ensure consistent operational standards and transitions.
