Job summary

Greens is seeking a Regional Director of Operations (Hotels) to oversee performance across a portfolio of managed hotels and align financial results with brand standards. The role requires extensive travel (70–80%), leadership of General Managers, and accountability for guest and associate satisfaction, revenue, and NOI across multiple properties.

This field-based position travels regularly, including overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive hotel leadership experience.
• 3–5 years of multi-property leadership experience as an Area Director of Operations or Regional Director of Operations.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Demonstrated success managing operating budgets, RevPAR performance, and brand quality standards across multiple hotels.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual business planning process for each hotel, partnering closely with General Managers and corporate leadership.
• Drive implementation of each hotel's Greens-approved business plan.
• Manage operations within the Greens-approved budget for every property in the portfolio.
• Maintain a current understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends.
• Monitor operating results against budget, sister-property performance, and industry benchmarks.
• Submit weekly activity summaries to VP of Hotel Operations.
