Qualifications

• Proven experience leading hotel operations across multiple properties.
• Experience with Marriott standards and brand compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and onboarding of General Managers and mentoring.
• Conduct performance reviews and create improvement plans.
• Monitor hotel operations and resolve issues promptly.
• Support strategic planning including CAPEX and long-term goals.
• Ensure training and engagement programs are in place.
• Analyze financial and guest metrics to drive improvements.
• Provide HR guidance and ensure policy compliance.
• Report to corporate and ownership groups.
