Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance from an accredited university or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum seven years of progressive experience in related field.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise financial operations for all hotels in the region.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow).
• Manage monthly bank reconciliations and month-end tie-out.
• Review internal reporting for month close and accuracy across ERP systems.
• Coordinate owner reporting for the hotel portfolio and deadlines.
• Develop and manage the annual budget process for all properties.
• Provide analysis to optimize profitability and cost control.
