Ascendo Resources is partnering with a leading manufacturing organization in Florida seeking a Regional Controller to join their leadership team. The role offers the opportunity to oversee accounting operations, improve processes, and drive financial performance across multiple locations.

Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred, along with extensive accounting experience in the manufacturing industry. The position offers a competitive salary of $125K–$160K plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory, and operational finance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional accounting operations including general ledger, month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Lead and mentor accounting and finance staff across multiple locations while fostering a high-performance team environment.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
