Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Regional Manager of Hotel Analytics to drive financial performance and operational alignment across a defined group of managed hotels. You will partner with hotel leadership to translate strategy into execution, support openings and transitions, and contribute to regional initiatives that enhance profitability and efficiency.

The role requires a strong background in hotel finance, excellent analytical thinking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with relevant experience.
• 5–7 years of progressive hotel finance experience, including property-level leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel regionally (40%–50%).

Responsabilités

• Partner with hotel Directors of Finance and General Managers to support financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
• Conduct monthly financial reviews and trend analysis across assigned hotels.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to Hyatt's accounting principles and internal controls.
• Assist hotels with balance sheet reviews and AR compliance.
