Omni Hotels & Resorts seeks a Corporate Regional Director of Finance to oversee hotel accounting across the portfolio, ensuring policy compliance, strong internal controls, and timely reporting. You will guide month-end closes, balance sheet integrity, and cash flow management while mentoring finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive hospitality finance and accounting experience with property-level leadership.
• Experience supporting multi-property hotel portfolios and shared services/BPO environments.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and oversight for hotel accounting operations across the portfolio, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with policies and internal controls.
• Direct and support month-end and year-end close activities and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, account analysis, and cash flow management.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs and accounting policies across properties and centralized teams.
• Lead relationships with shared services and BPO accounting functions to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Partner with operations and leadership to support financial performance and budgeting.
• Provide accounting guidance and operational support to hotel finance teams.
