Job summary

Lodging Dynamics seeks a Regional Controller to lead financial operations for a group of hotels within a defined region. You will ensure accurate reporting, manage close cycles, and drive budgeting and forecasting in partnership with property and corporate teams.

You will optimize financial performance, mentor property-level accounting teams, and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls, while collaborating with hotel managers and external auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Accounting or Finance roles in hospitality.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations for all hotels in the region, ensuring accurate reporting.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for all properties in the region.
