Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a strategic Regional Manager of Hotel Finance to drive financial performance across a select group of managed hotels in a defined region. You will partner with hotel leadership to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning, ensuring compliance and financial discipline across the portfolio.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive hotel finance experience, including property-level leadership.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hotel Directors of Finance and General Managers to support financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
• Assist in resolving property-level control issues and ensuring compliance with internal policies and management agreements.
• Conduct monthly financial reviews and trend analysis across assigned hotels.
• Support regional leadership with data-driven recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Assist in setting performance targets and evaluating progress against goals.
• Provide guidance on cash management, capital expenditures, and audit readiness.
